The vineyard was planted in 1916 and consists of 100% Malbec vines. The total surface of the Finca is 2 hectares and slightly more than 1 hectare consists of vines.
The harvest is done by hand and we harvest every year in April.

he average production is about 6000kg per hectare and we elaborate our wine by the classic method.
The total production per harvest results into about 8000 bottles. We elaborate 30% of our production in French oak barrels and let it mature for 12 months.
All this finally results in our Finca Adalgisa Malbec
The entire elaboration process is under the supervision of the local well-known winemaker Carmello Patti.
